Identifying what is not working in our lives can be difficult. Consequently, one of the first tasks to accomplish in counseling is to do just that—understanding the concern on which to focus.

Download the worksheet to reflect on what needs to be changed in your life and bring your answers to the first few sessions for us to consider. You do not have to worry about much detail or perfect accuracy. We will be using the worksheet as a starting point of our exploration to guide us toward an appropriate treatment plan. However, the more time you are able to spend contemplating the question, the more you will realize what you are looking for in counseling.
